Letters, ca. 1900-1920.

The collection comprises 3 letters signed by George Belcher. One was sent by the artist to a friend, along with invitations for him, his family and others to his exhibition of drawings. The artist also notifies him that he will be moving soon, and hopes his friend will come to visit (n.d.). Belcher sends a note informing a prospective buyer that the piece he had chosen was already sold, but he might want to select another (n.d.). A short note of regret is dated 1917 Dec. 15.
